DNA was isolated from cells and LINE-1 methylation was analyzed by methylation-specific multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MS-MLPA). The dashed line, baseline methylation, is based on HSC-3 cells grown in serum-free media. (B) AT-MSCs (olive green) and BM-MSCs (red) were grown in HSC-3-derived conditioned media.
