Fisetin and quercetin activate ERK1/2 in co-culture with MS-5 cells and restore OC cell platinum drug sensitivity. OC cells were treated with RJY13 in the presence and absence of MS-5 cells and levels of cleaved PARP (cPARP; A–C) and phospho-ERK1/2 (B,C) were monitored.
