Effects of RSS on intracellular sulfane sulfur content in HCC SNU398 cells. After treatment with 400 μM of Na₂S, Na₂S₂, Na₂S₃, NAC, Homocysteine, Cystine, GSSG, or Cystathionine for 1 h, the intercellular sulfane sulfur was observed with fluorescent probe SSP4 staining followed by photofluorography, and the cell nuclei were labeled through Hoechst 33324 staining.
