A 64-year-old man presented with severe dyspnea, fever, and O2 saturation of 81%. There are diffuse bilateral confluent ground-glass opacities and consolidations in both lungs (thick arrows) resembling the ARDS pattern. Cardiomegaly is also evident (thin arrow).
