Timeline of dmd mutant zebrafish small molecule treatments. Eggs are collected from crosses of dmd+/− fish. dmd is autosomal recessive in zebrafish, so about 25% of embryos will be dmd−/−. At 1 dpf (days post-fertilization), embryos are sorted into dishes for treatments, and DMSO or small molecule compounds are added to the embryo bath (as in [27]). Treatment media are replaced daily.
