DNA methylation differences between stem and non‐stem cells and their enrichment within DMRs of different epigenetic mutants using permutation tests (data from Stroud et al, 2013). Mutants are in alphabetical order according to the gene acronym. Red indicates an enrichment of methylated DNA in the respective context and blue a depletion.
