“Exons (whole genome)” are all alternative exons in the human genome, “ASE255 set”is the set of 255 alternative splicing events detected in the proteomics analysis, “Tissue-specific (proteomics)” are the 95 events that have significant tissue or group-specific differences at the protein level and “Not tissue specific” are the 161 events that do not have tissue-specific enrichment in proteomics experiments.
