Sub-chronic sCT and alcohol administration differentially affects alcohol-induced locomotor stimulation in mice. The noted increase in locomotor response to alcohol (Alc, 1.75 g/kg, IP) is not evident during the first 3 days in mice pre-treated with sCT (5 μg/kg, IP) for 5 days. sCT enhances the locomotor stimulation caused by alcohol on experimental day 4.
