E100 reduced the enhanced acetylcholine esterase activity levels in BTBR mice cerebellum tissues. E100 (5 mg/kg, i.p.) provided inhibitory effects on AChE activity in the cerebellum of BTBR mice. Analysis revealed quantitively a significant increase (** p < 0.01) in the AChE activity in cerebellum of BTBR mice compared to the control mice. E100 (5 mg/kg, i.p.) or DOZ (1 mg/kg, i.p.) subchronic (21 days) treatment significantly reduced (## p < 0.01) this activity in BTBR mice compared to the saline-treated BTBR mice. Values are expressed as the percent mean ± SEM (n = 3–5).
