cam1615B7H3 TriKE induces potent, and specific, natural killer (NK) cell proliferation. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were CellTrace Violet labeled and incubated for seven days at 5 nM equimolar concentrations of rhIL-15 or cam1615B7H3 TriKE. On day 7, the cells were harvested and stained for flow cytometric evaluation.
