The distribution of ASF outbreaks in China (August 2018–July 2020). Outbreak analysis of geographical distribution showed that as of 24 July 2020, 178 outbreaks were reported in 31 provinces and geographical regions of China (Figure 2), and the outbreak rates of ASF in each province are shown in Table 1. Comparison of the provinces showed that the spread tendency of the outbreaks is mainly concentrated on the northeast and southwest regions, and the trend is increasing southward [18].
