Antibody (immunoglobulin G, or IgG) response to recombinant IrSPI (A,B) and IrLip1 (C,D) in sheep vaccinated with recombinant IrSP1 (A), recombinant IrLip1 (C), or both recombinant IrSPI and Lip (B,D). Antibody titers were determined by ELISA in serum samples collected at different time points from Day 0 to Day 73 against the specific protein both in vaccinated sheep (solid lines) and control sheep (dashed lines) that received only adjuvant.
