(A) Expression of NRF2 and HO-1 in control and shSESN2 A549 cells measured by RT-PCR. A549 cells were transduced with lentiviral pLSLPw-shLUC and shSESN2 plasmids. (B) 2′,7′-Dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFDA) cellular ROS assay. A549 cells were stained with DCFDA and washed.
