Kaplan-Meier (Log-rank test) curves of disease-free survival according to molecular alterations in primary tumors. The presence of MYC copy number gain (a) and TP53 mutations (b) in primary tumors were significantly associated with a shorter time to relapse (p value < 0.05). A trend of association was observed between a higher number of genomic alterations (c) and a shorter time to relapse (p value 0.06).
