Presence of vas deferens bilaterally
Presence of varicocele or other scrotal mass
Presence of cryptorchidism or hypospadias
Synovitis of second and third metacarpal-phalangeal joints, “bronzed” appearance or stigmata of liver disease or heart failure (hemochromatosis)
