Effect of the formulation composed by the FK-1000 fraction with an aminoglycoside. P. aeruginosa culture was incubated in Mueller Hinton medium with different concentrations of streptomycin in the presence or absence of 25 mg of the FK-1000 fraction. After 18 h incubation at 37 °C the percentage inhibition of bacterial proliferation was determined by reading the optical density of the cultures at 595 nm.
