ORFs with significantly changed expression when L. interrogans were exposed to 1 mM H₂O₂ for 1h were classified according to the COG (Clusters of Orthologous Groups). A Log₂FC cutoff of ±1 were applied for the up-regulated (A) and down-regulated (B) ORFs, respectively, with an adjusted p-value<0.005. An odd-ratio higher or lower than 1 (dashed line) indicates an over- or under-representation of a functional category, respectively, and a COG category with a False Discovery Rate (FDR) lower than 5% is considered as enriched. The functional categories are indicated on the left.
