Vincristine and prednisone induce pro-apoptotic genes in the first time diagnosed leukemia B cells. JM1 (A) and Sup-B15 (B) cells were treated with vincristine (4.0 µM) for 24 h. The expression of BAD mRNA and BAX mRNA was analyzed was by q-PCR. Prednisone (4.0 µM) treatment was given to JM1 (C) and Sup-B15 (D) cells for 24 h. Expression of BAD mRNA and BAX mRNA was analyzed was by q-PCR and results were displayed in fold change. GAPDH gene was used as an endogenous control. Results were expressed in the fold.
