(A and B) The mRNA levels of N-cadherin, HIF-2α and VEGFA were reduced, while that of E-cadherin was upregulated in ccRCC cells with LINC01234 knockdown. (C) EMT process was inhibited in ccRCC cells with LINC01234 knockdown. The protein expression levels of β-catenin, Snail, N-cadherin and Vimentin were reduced, while that of E-cadherin was increased in Caki-2 and A498 cells with LINC01234 knockdown. (D) HIF-2α pathway was inhibited in ccRCC cells with LINC01234 knockdown. The protein expression levels of HIF-1α, HIF-2α, VEGFA, EGFR, c-Myc, Cyclin D1 and MET were reduced in A498 and Caki-2 cells with LINC01234 knockdown.
