Common (mild) cases Mild clinical symptoms, visible imaging/no

Severe cases In addition to the characteristics of the common cases,
oxygen saturation ≤93% under resting state,
partial arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2)/oxygen
absorption concn (FiO2) ≤300 mm Hg, and pulmonary imaging showing significant lesion progression of more than 50% within 24 to 48 h
Critical cases Patients have symptoms of respiratory failure or shock,
require mechanical ventilation, or have multiple organ failure
requiring ICU monitoring and treatment
