TKi IC₅₀ determination in CML cell lines. KCL22, LAMA-84, and K562 cells (3 × 10⁵/mL) were cultured for 72 h in RPMI medium supplemented with 10% FBS in the presence of the indicated drugs or their solvent DMSO. Viable cells were counted by trypan-blue exclusion and IC₅₀ were calculated by the GraphPad software. IC₅₀ values are indicated in the Table. Graphs show TKi dose/response curves after 72 h of treatment or vehicle. Values are mean ± SD of data from three independent experiments normalized to matched vehicle-treated sample.
