MIC graph of S. cristaefolium against extract S. aureus using the Gompertz equation. The antibacterial activity of S cristaefolium extract was determined by the broth microdilution method, with three independent replications. The MIC of its crude extract against S. aureus was 1.302 µg/ml. DMSO as a control negative has MIC >500 µg/ml.
