Cluster dendrogram and associated barplot of the relative abundance of the most abundant genera in each air-mass sample. Cluster analysis was performed on the 116 genera whose abundance was higher than 0.5% in at least one sample (abundant genera). Barplots represent only the 32 bacterial genera that showed a relative abundance higher than 0.5%. Chloroplasts were also included in the analysis.
