(A) Hs936T cells stably expressing either an empty pBABE vector (EV) or a pBABE vector containing oncogenic B-RafV600E were grown in adherent conditions. Immunoblot analysis was done to assess the protein levels of HMOX1, HMOX2, B-Raf, Bach1, and Nrf2. (B) Band intensities were measured and normalized to tubulin. Error bars represent the SEM of three biological replicates. Statistical significance was determined using the standard Student’s t-test. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, NS is not significant.
