Effect of S. mitis lysate on proliferation of oral cancer cell lines. (A) CAL27, SCC25, and SCC4 were exposed to 50, 100, and 200 μg/ml of the lysate and counting performed at 24, 48, and 72 h. *Statistically significant (p ≤ 0.05) for all concentrations compared to the control; for 100 and 200 μg/ml; #for 200 μg/ml only.
