FTY720 treatment fails to impact Chlamydia colonization in the large intestine. Groups of female CBA/J mice (n = 4) infected via an intracolonic inoculation with Chlamydia were treated without (solid bar) or with (open bar) FTY720 on days 3 and 7 and weekly thereafter postinfection, as listed along the x axis.
