(A) Schematics illustrating the experimental in vivo drug treatment schedule. After tumor establishment in mouse pons, the animals were randomized into four treatment groups: (i) vehicle alone, (ii) PTC028 alone, (iii) obatoclax alone, and (iv) sequential treatment with PTC028 and obatoclax.
