The green CR and blue Pupil signals of the SMI HiSpeed240 during a smooth 19. 5 continuous sweep for 60 seconds. The CR is shifted in time for visibility. Note how clean the pupil signal is (representing the smooth rotation of the Stepperbox), and how jagged the CR signal is (a repeating artefact). Also note how the artefacts in the CR signal are mirrored in the turning points. Inlaid is the eye video of the HiSpeed240 with the SR Research artificial eye. Here, the pupil diameter spans 77 pixels, while the CR diameter spans approximately 8 pixels, which are common sizes for high-end eye-trackers.
