The experimental group: the rADSCs transplantation group. (A and E) The cornea was cloudy before surgery and was infiltrated with new blood vessels. The epithelium was deficient in fluorescent staining. (B and F) One week after surgery, the cornea had edema and was cloudy. The pupils could not be seen, and there were a large number of new blood vessels. (C and G) The cornea gradually became transparent, and neovascularization was not significantly improved compared with the previous condition. (D and H) The cornea was transparent. The number of new blood vessels was obviously reduced. Fluorescent staining revealed small areas of defects in the epithelium. rADSC, rabbit adipose tissue-derived stem cell.
