Cytotoxicity activity of GA, GANPs at varying concentrations of 0–100 µg/mL on cancer cell lines (HepG2, HT-29, MCF-7, and MDA-MB231), 0–1,000 µg/mL on normal cell lines (MCF-10A). The cells were incubated for 72 h and the cell viability was assessed by MTT assay. GANPs exhibited selective toxicity towards HepG2 cells. Data shown are mean value ± SD (n = 3, t test, *p-value ≤ 0.05, **p-value ≤ 0.01).
