Effects of HD on the γ-GCS protein after rotenone intoxication. Western blot analysis showed that the expression of γ-GCS increased insignificantly in the rotenone group in the CX (A,A1) and HP (D,D1) areas, while there was a significant increase in the ST (C,C1) and SN (B,B1) regions. HD treatment further significantly increased the expression of Hsp-70 (A–D1). The data are expressed as the mean ± SEM from N = 5 mice/group.
