Persistent mIL-2/CD25 increases serum cytokines in NOD mice. Mice were treated for 10 weeks as described in the legend to Fig. 3. Serum was collected 3 days after the last injection. The serum was evaluated by Luminex assay for 33 cytokines. Data for the only three cytokines differentially detected are shown. Data (n = 9–10/group) are shown as the mean ± SEM and analyzed by one-way ANOVA (Kruskal-Wallis test) and Dunn multiple-comparison test.
