NISCH influences the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition-associated genes. The relative mRNAs level of E-cadherin, Snail, ZEB1, N-cadherin, Slug, Twist1 and vimentin were detected in (A) HS578T cells overexpressed with NISCH (*P<0.05; **P<0.01 and ***P<0.001 vs. PC3.1) and in (B) MDA-MB-231 cells with knocked down NISCH (*P<0.05 and **P<0.01 vs. siR-NC). A two-tailed unpaired Student's t-test was used for statistical analysis in three independent samples.
