Compounds N1 to N17 (A) and V1 to V16 (B) were screened for inhibition of P. gingivalis adherence to S. gordonii at an initial concentration of 40 μM. Relative inhibition was normalized to the PBS control. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple-comparison test using PBS as the control.
