Defined as obesity (body mass index ≥30 kg/m2), dyslipidaemia (total cholesterol >6.21 mmol/L), hypertension (blood pressure ≥140/≥90 mmHg or medication use) and hyperglycaemia (fasting glucose >5.5 mmol/L).
