Bacterial viability after incubation with Ag released in LB. TPU-films were incubated overnight with Luria Bertani (LB) to release Ag. The solutions, after their removal from films, were incubated with E. coli (a–c) and S. aureus (d–f). Cell viability was evaluated by MTT test.
