(a) Exosomes were labelled with DiO and incubated with RAW264.7. Cells were stained with Lysotracker and counterstained with Hoechst. Images were taken under immunofluorescence microscope. (b) RAW264.7 cells were treated with control or chloroquine, followed by exosome treatments. Expression of miR-155 was examined 24 h later by qPCR.
