WT1 silencing (WT1-siRNA) induced growth inhibition of K562 cells. Inhibitory effect of WT1-siRNA on K562 cell growth was calculated by subtraction of viable cells at specific time with a viable number at 0 hours of the experiment and was presented as the percentage of growth inhibition (a). WT1 silencing induced the inhibition of cellular proliferation of K562 cells detected by using the MTT assay compared with the control cells (C-siRNA) (b).
