CAP treatment reduces glucose metabolism in HDMEC. HDMEC were treated with cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) generated by a kINPen and incubated up to 72 h. The glucose concentration in the culture medium was measured at the indicated time points and normalized to the number of viable cells. Six independent experiments were performed, each with three replicates. The experiment was statistically evaluated with a two-way RM ANOVA.
