Based on the Western blot data, proteins relating to neuroinflammation, toxic species of Aβ, apoptosis, autophagy and ubiquitination were increased whereas protein levels of neurotrophins, synaptic markers and SIRT1 were reduced in the 3xTg-AD mouse brain compared to age-matched WT mice.
