Aromadendrin reduces the expression of surface molecules in activated T cells. Jurkat T cells, pre-treated with 40 μM of aromadendrin for 1 h, were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies for 16 h (A) or 24 h (B,C). Collected cells were stained with anti-CD69, anti-CD40L, and anti-CD25 antibodies conjugated with APC (allophycocyanin) and the expression was analyzed by flow cytometry.
