Aromadendrin suppresses p65 translocation and the MAPK but not proximal pathway. (A) The phosphorylated protein levels of activated Jurkat T cells pre-treated for 10 min with 20 or 40 μM of aromadendrin were assessed by Western blotting. (B) p65 translocation into nucleus was detected by Western blotting using activated Jurkat T cells pre-treated for 1 h with 20 or 40 μM of aromadendrin. (C) The phosphorylated protein levels of activated Jurkat T cells pre-treated for 30 min with 20 or 40 μM of aromadendrin were assessed by Western blotting. (DF) The mean values ± SEM of each protein indicated are presented in the bar graph. * p < 0.05, versus the cells activated by anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies.
