Expression profiles of Reg3A and G mRNAs in the P. gingivalis lipopolysaccharide (PG-LPS) and control mice. Reg3A and G expression levels were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). The expression levels were significantly higher in the PG-LPS mice than in the controls.
