FIG 3.

FIG 3.

A 40-year-old woman receiving nivolumab plus ipilimumab for stage IV melanoma with corticotropin deficiency, hypothyroidism, and hand edema for 10 days. Contrast-enhanced 3D-MR imaging (90 seconds after contrast medium injection) demonstrates an enlarged pituitary gland and stalk and bilateral linear hypoenhancing lesions (A, sagittal reconstruction; B, coronal reconstruction, arrows). These lesions show hypointensity on the T2-weighted coronal image (C, arrows), and gradual enhancement is demonstrated in contrast-enhanced 2D coronal MR imaging performed 90 more seconds after the 3D MR imaging (D, arrows).
