Effect of J12 on paclitaxel-induced NF-κB and inflammatory cytokines in mice. Levels of NF-κB, IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA transcripts were determined using real-time-PCR. (A–C) Treatment with PTX increased the mRNA expressions of NF-κB, IL-1β and TNF-α in DRG neurons as compared with control mice. Injection of J12 attenuated the expressions. Using ELISA kits, we examined levels of NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β.
