Quantification of T cell migration and CXCR3 expression. (A) T cells from the spleens of WT and GDF15-deficient mice were isolated and migration assays were performed. The percentage of migrated T cells towards the chemokines CXCL10, CXCL1, and CCL5 was quantified after 24 h (n = 4 per group, one-way ANOVA, * p < 0.05). (B) Cxcr3 expression levels in LPS-stimulated or untreated T cells were quantified by real-time PCR.
