The viral core particles are in the nucleus. After transcription/translation process, the DCH DNA is assembled in the cytoplasm and then buds to the ER. The process of DCH development occurs in the ER with invagination of the membrane to form tadpole-like phenomenon. The viral envelope is then developed with the activity of the ER membrane and finally transported to the plasma membrane to excrete the complete DCH virion as budding process.
