LINC01436 promoted the proliferation, migration, invasion and radioresistance of GC cells. (A) Knockdown and overexpression of the LINC01436 models were established with AGS cell and BGC-823 cell, respectively, which were validated by qRT-PCR. (B) The proliferation of GC cells was detected by CCK-8 method. (C) Flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis of GC cells. (D) Transwell method was used to detect the migration and invasion of GC cells.
