LINC01436 targeted miR-513a-5p. (A) The downstream target of LINC01436 was predicted according to StarBase database, and the binding site between LINC01436 and miR-513a-5p was shown. (B) qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-513a-5p in adjacent tissues and GC tissues. (C) Pearson’s correlation test was used to analyze the relationship between LINC01436 expression and miR-513a-5p expression in GC tissues. (D) qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-513a-5p in AGS, SGC7901, BGC-823 and MKN45 cell lines.
