MiR-513a-5p inhibited the proliferation, migration, invasion and radioresistance of GC cells. (A) MiR-513a-5p inhibitors and mimics were transfected into AGS cells and BGC-823 cells, respectively, and then miR-513a-5p expression was detected by qRT-PCR. (B) The proliferation of GC cells was detected by CCK-8 method. (C) Flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis of GC cells. (D) Transwell method was used to detect the migration and invasion of GC cells.
